Untethered jailbreak for all iOS devices 5.1.1 avec Absinthe 2.0 a video
Absinthe 2.0, tel est le nom du prochain outil de jailbreak untethered iOS 5.1.1 pour tous les appareils Apple ( sauf l’Apple TV 3 ).
Après un sondage démocratique proposé par pod2G l’auteur principal français qui a rendu en grande partie possible ce jailbreak, cet outil de jailbreak sera offert à la communauté dans quelques jours.
Un développeur : xvolks, français également et déjà impliqué dans la première version d’Absinthe, est dans le secret de nos hackers préférés et avait mis une vidéo en ligne dévoilant Absinthe 2 en action. pod2g a bien sûr demandé illico de retirer cette vidéo au plus vite, ce qui a été fait rapidement, mais la vidéo a été tout de même copiée par les internautes, la voilà :
Avec Absinthe 0.4, la version actuellement disponible sur le site de greenpois0n, il n’est possible de jailbreak que iOS 5.0.1. Absinthe 2.0 semble conserver le même principe de simplicité. Il fonctionnera sous Windows, Linux et Mac et prendra environ 5 minutes. Il ne sera pas nécessaire de passer en mode DFU : Il suffit de connecter son appareil à l’ordinateur, de lancer Absinthe, de cliquer sur “Jailbreak” et de laisser le programme travailler de façon autonome.
Cette fois il ne sera pas non plus nécessaire de changer les options VPN, et Cydia s’installe automatiquement une fois le processus de jailbreak terminé !
Bien entendu, pour les habitués ou fans de redsn0w (like me), la dev-team va également mettre à jour son logiciel pour toucher le maximum d’intéressés.
